Not so good service

It is understandable that cashiers are tired and irritated but their job has to be done professionally. I had the occasion to witness this at a Truworths branch in Westville when I got confused with my credit card and bank card. The cashier pointed to the young lady who accompanied me and asked her to help 'her mother'. I thought this was rather insulting. It is not appropriate to mention my proficiencies here but if even if i was a useless human being she should have asked me if I needed help. There were two cashiers working together and the irritation on their faces was visible.One was also mumbling that she was tired. (Probably assuming that I did not understand Isizulu) However it didnt spoil my day. As the saying goes a personality problem that is not mine will not cause problems for me in the long run. To those cashiers who put a smile on others faces despite the challenges you face well done! The rest of of the staff were warm and welcoming. I cannot over emphasize that as a worker of a company you are the brand ambassador.
