Not receiving online order

I purchased an item 2 weeks ago from truworths, online. I haven not heard anything or recieved anything up until now. There is no responses to emails and the call center cuts the call off. Extremely unimpressed. I had placed this order well in advance as I was supposed to wear it YESTERDAY.
