Not happy with Truworths

I have a problem with Truworths group. I've stopped working in March due to dismissal aylt work. The company did not give me any letter for unemployment. It is only the uif forms they gave me. I tried several time to tell them over the phone that I am no longer working, the store told me to submit uif which I did but they keep on saying I must pay, or else interested will be added to the account. Now I have interest for about R1300. I am seriously not happy with Truworths. Please give me feed back on what should be done.
