Not happy with the account reflecting a balance on my credit profile yet its fully paid

I am not happy with the fact that the account I had with you have been settled on the 06/07/2023 in full which was under Debt Busters, and they sent request to truworths to close and update my profile but yet it still reflecting on my credit profile with balance reflecting on it and not updated.

I am very much irritated and cannot allow this treatment.
