Not happy with serbice

I am very hurtfull about truworths according they way the treated me on this hard time.they handed my account to the laywers with contact me find out what happening hence I 've send the letter of loss income ,I was expecting that the will reduce my installment to half but nothing.what worries me is that I paid R250 last month but nothing happening.
