not happy at all

I bought things online and waited for the delivery, instead of me getting my things i get a message that they have run out of stock, only to find out when i go back online that the prices have gone up, so my order was cancelled because they could not honour the price I ordered the products with so they had to cancel my order.

Then they increase my credit, send me a message that i can go shopping.... i say yay winter... i get to the shop and they have taken the credit away for absolutely no reason.

and no one is able to explain why is all this happening. I am truly disappointed.
