Not great online service

Placed an order online on the 1st of August and still waiting for my parcel. With no feedback from the online department that my order will be late...If I didn't call the online department a week ago, my order online would probably still be showing submitting. After I made that call it finally went to the next step processing. Ordering online is convenient for me but this is ridiculous.
