Not getting feedback.

After R11 000 ***** on my account(baby stuff and i have never shopped in those areas and don't have a baby) i went to fill in the forms, promised there will be an investigation. Without getting feedback I was handed to MBD attorneys and getting 5 calls a day from *********** idiots. After returning 3 times I still have no resolution.
