Noo understanding of customer service

My experience with Truworths has been absolutely appalling and disappointing. The conduct and attitude displayed by the staff, particularly within the debtors collection department, has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Communication with customers appears to be handled without empathy, understanding, or basic courtesy, which made the entire experience incredibly frustrating and upsetting.

Instead of assisting customers in a respectful and constructive manner, the interactions felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected when trying to address account-related matters. The level of customer service received was honestly disgusting and far below what should be expected from a well-known retailer.
