Nonsensical service at Menlyn 220

I am shattered to say the least about the service I received at branch 220 (Menlyn) on the 29th Nov 2022. I went to the store on the 30th Oct 2022 and purchased items to the value of over 1k with card 431835****7073 and using the mall voucher as well. The clothes fit my son well and I discarded the receipt. Upon further review I noticed that item no ***0 was damaged and tried to return it at mall of africa since I am closer to that mall. Thato from branch 1351(manager) from mall of africa was on the line with Menlyn for over an hour with no help, either the calls were not answered or they just said they can't find my transaction. These are my kids Xmas clothes and now he is expected to wear torn clothes? I refuse to keep the damaged items. R460 is a lot of money just to throw away.
