worst customer support ever. most companies ask you to verify adress cellphone email etc in order for them to assist you. This company needs you to verify your hole credit history just because you have one account question. What loans what other credit accounts what credit cards . what has that got to do with you. YouNeed to verify based on the information you have. and still my Question has not been answered. After being a customer for more than 3 years I'm closing my account with you. Why do I need to Give you my whole credit history just because I have an account inquiry. complete nonsense
