Nonsense service

I bought a watch at truworths in wonderpark. Now, my watch needs repairs. I took the watch in for booking at truworths wonderpark and they blatantly refused to book the watch. I was assisted by Neo ( floor manager) and Magie ( store supervisor). What is the purpose of truworths to sell me a watch yet when I have issues with the watch they refuse to help me. This is nonsense. If anyone wants to buy a watch, go to Edgars, never truworths.

Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to assist.

When a watch is returned to our stores within the warrantee period and presents a manufacturing fault relating to the mechanism of the watch, it needs to be sent to the supplier for further assessment and/or authorization for a refund/exchange.

Subsequent to your post we liaised with the relevant Store Manager regarding your concerns, we attempted to contact you in this regard but unfortunately could not reach you we subsequently sent you an email as we require more information, should you require assistance with any other matter of concern, please feel free to contact us on *** or send an e-mail to ***

Kind regards,

Truworths Online Team
