NONE PAYMENT
I went to pay my acc (swiped) at Truworths on 26-01-2015 an amount of R500. minutes later an additional R500 was deducted from my account. I went to enquire from the shop and was told that all standard bank customers who swiped on that day experienced the same peroblem and that they were working on repaying everyone. I went to the store SEVERAL times to enquire as to why I have not been paid and a lady took my acc and details and faxed to truworths head office and to DATE I still havn't received my R 500 whereas other people did. Its been 5 months already and nothing has been deposited into my account, whereas I pay account monthly, I dont understand why I should keep doing so, why they have my money which they do not want to return. This needs to be addressed.
