Non Working Aircon

I am a regular customer at Truworths Adderley Street and on 2 occasions on yesterday and in last week i wanted to come do some shopping in the store but the shop was so hot and humid, apparently the stores aircon is not working. If that is the case i wont be setting foot in that store again, how do they expect a person to have a great shopping experience if the shop is so hot not to even mention fitting on clothes. I feel very sorry for the store staff that has to work in this harsh enviroment especial in summer. I hope this will be sorted out asap!! If you dont know what an aircon feels like go to Woolworths!
