Non existent staff and very shy to help!
About 2 weeks ago I was in the Century City Truworths and it felt deserted in the menswear. No one to help with prices on non tagged items... When i found someone I looked into his eyes he didn't ask me anything so i said can someone PLEASE help me. I asked him for a price and he rolled his eyes, threw his stuff down and left. Very uncomfortable feeling. Terrible store compared to others. However when I went to Elements got the BEST SERVICE ever! so friendly and helpful! They should teach the menswear department something on customer service.
