Nomonde, thank you? for what I consider 'ubuntu' and customer service excellence.

I had massive pains whilst in store coupled with headaches today in the Clearwater mall Truworths.

She noted that I was not fine. She asked if I was okay, and I told her that I had a headache. She said she would give me tablets but she is scared that if something happens...

I assured her that I'll take whatever pain****ers she has.I was dying!

She even asked me if I wanted my water cold or lukewarm( how did she know I don't like my water cold).

She quickly went to the office and brought with her two tablets and lukewarm water.

Wow! There really are people that go beyond their call of duty. God bless you, Nomonde. You are beautiful inside and out.
