Nokia 02-4G Cellphone

Good day everyone.

I am writing this as a good customer of Truworths. On the 16th July 2023 I bought a cellphone (Nokia 02-4G) at Middelburg Mall. The cellphone did not function properly, then I decided to take the phone back to the store. The officials refused to take the cellphone back said the cellphone is working. I said this cellphone its not working, how can I bring back a cellphone that's working? It means that I'm insane. I again take the cellphone back with me. I called Truworths call centre, and I was given an email address where I can send my complain to. Indeed I sent an email after three consecutive times I went back to the store with no assistance. After I have sent an email I went back to the store and told them that I've sent a complain to their head office that was then they booked the phone for repairs. My phone was booked for fully three and half week. It came back and I was called to come an pick it up. After I have picked it up still experience the same issue. I went back to the store to report that the phone is still not working. Then the store manager visited the report from the repairs which states that the phone couldn't be fixed because of the IMEI number differ from the one on the purchase slip. Then I asked to say whose problem is that one? The store manager responded to say its not the fault of the store it is my fault. I asked how?? There was no further respond. I left the cellphone with the store on the 19th September 2023 to date I haven't received any communication from the store. That's how bad I was treated by the store in Middelburg Mall Mpumalanga.
