No Update on Application

First Time experience dealing with these people and I'm appalled and shocked. Lack of communication or updates. I app**** online for a Truworths account and did my verification via Face recognition online which went through successfully, no feedback received, called in and was asked to send through copy of my id to *** which I did, waited a day still no reply, Called in again afterwards then was asked to email the ***** team which I did and send through the relevant documents. To date absolutely no reply form Truworths on my application status. My identity account was approved why is Truworths service so pathetic.
