No stock
<p>I visited the Cresta store and was assisted by the manager in sourcing an item. He advised that he couldn't find a size 32 on the system but there was stock of size 34 and it will definitely be sourced for my wife. He proceeded to get someone to assist me to capture the store to store delivery at a charge of R40. Yesterday, I get a sms advising there is no stock of the item despite the manager telling me there was stock. He could have surely phoned the store and requested them to keep it aside. This is unacceptable. Order number ********** 7</p>

We acknowledge receipt of your order and liaised with our Fashion Delivery department. We were informed that they tried to locate the requested item for you. Regrettably, the size that you requested is sold out, and we notified you of this on 1 November 2016 via SMS.
We can confirm that although our system does still reflect availability for the required size; all departments, of the stores reflecting stock, were checked and the item could not be found.
