No service or effort at all
<p>We visited Truworths mall of the south yesterday, I had to go and fetch the men's assistance outside the door where he was talking to someone wearing a Mr Price uniform...... We needed a specific shirt in a different size, and asked him to check which stores has, (he didnt offer to do this, we had to insist) <br />eventualy he said vaal mall has 2. I asked if he can please ask them to keep one for me until I could fetch it on Friday, to what he said no, they wont keep it that long. I was willing to buy the one in store and just go exchange it for the correct size at vaal maal, but he wouldnt even let us do that. I've never encountered such ****ty service for a retail store before, please get that guy some training on customer service!!!</p>

We are concerned to read of the incident, as it is not in line with the high service standard we aim to provide our customers. We therefore immediately escalated this matter to the Store Manager to investigate and address.
We believe that she has called you to discuss your concerns and will be taking the appropriate action to ensure that this level of service is not repeated. We were informed that you were subsequently assisted by a manager from a different store and arrangements were made to set aside the item for you, at the requested store until Friday 3 February 2017.
We once again sincerely apologize for your experience and look forward to seeing you in our stores again soon.
