No service

Service is very poor. Have tills available and people standing around. They say they not going to help at that till, I have to go stand in another line. With this service I decided to close my years long account as this was not the first time I received very poor service. When I asked to close my account they send me to another person where I had to wait and wait and then that person send me to another store to close the account there
