No service

I am a loyal customer at truworths. First they dont respond to a gift i had to receive. Then today i am waiting to buy a gift (jewelery)for more than 30 minutes. The lady at the till not busy at all. Looks at me and thats it,and best part,there are no customers.No service. So after 30 minutes I just leave. Poor poor service.
