No response to customers

I have sent numerous emails to the Truworths Customer Service email address over 6 weeks ago. I then contacted them via telephone and the consultant said they would assist me but to date I have received no response. My email was regarding a pair of sandles which I purchased in December and 6 months later, the shoe cut. I paid R299 for a pair of shoes to last me only 6 months.

My main concern is that Truworths do not respond to customer concerns and/or queries.
