Thank you for your post.
As we advised in the response to your previous post, if an item should show any signs of a potential defect, our procedure is to assess the item at the store. Should the Store Manager not be able to make a decision, the item is sent to our team of Quality Assessors at Head Office for further inspection.
As the Store Manager was unavailable at the time your query was submitted, the matter was referred to the Area Manager, who unfortunately declined the credit for your shoes. Therefore, as the shoes were bought cash, and you do not have your proof of purchase anymore, we regrettably will not be able to assist you in this regard.
We confirm that you were contacted regarding this matter, and that feedback was provided. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter, but we trust that you will be able to accept our stance regarding this issue.
Kind regards,
Charmaine
