No Repsonse

In October i app**** for an account. After a month i emailed and was told i was declined. I emailed again on the 14th November and requested as per NCA to be given reasons as to why I was declined. Up to this day no response. Kindly email in writing as to why i was declined . Should i get no response i will forward the mails i got from your service dept to NCA.
