No Repect

Good day , yesterday 01.09.2025 I went to Truworths vangate mall branch I was looking for a something to wear for my daughter As she has a concert Wednesday evening with a theme so going through suitable attire that goes with the theme, we went to the dress room To fit on one outfit and was not satisfied as we walked out, we saw something that interest her and went back To fit as we were in the fitting room we heard someone saying knock knock and both my daughter and I rep**** someone is inside Then we just saw the security lady opening the curtain and stood there my daughter was half dressed as she was busy fitting on She just stood there said nothing with an angry face no apologies That was so disrespectful She stood looked at us and then went out , that was not on at all I then reported and the branch manager was like really, he will have a word with her , I wanted him to confront her in front of us as that is a violate of privacy I don’t know if he did address it But I felt very disappointed in the whole situation I am seriously disappointed in the service will pay off the dress and close account
