NO REFUND
On the 25th January 2015, I returned a product for refund and Truworths credited my debit card with R175.00.<br> <br> Thereafter, Truworths debited and credited my Bank account THREE TIMES and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Today is the 4th February 2015.<br> <br> When i visited Truworths at Cresta to resolve this problem, the staff phoned Truworths Head Office ***) and after explaining this problem ad nauseam for about 30 minutes, the staff at Head Office were still confused about this problem and \thought that it might be a system problem". We have investigated this issue as a matter of urgency and have established that your bank account was indeed erroneously debited on the respective dates.
The bank has confirmed that the error occurred on their side. We were informed that all duplications and triplications will be reversed over the next couple of days and in some cases the reversals have already taken place. A message has been placed on all social networks to advise customers of this unfortunate error.
