No quality
Just wore my top today bought it last week Friday on monday it has tearing marks on it

Although a range of quality assurance tests are done to on merchandise destined for our stores, there may be an exception where a quality issue has slipped through unnoticed. Our Returns Policy therefore allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality issue provided that the return is made within 6 months from the purchase date and all returns criteria are met.
We have been in contact with you and are pleased to confirm that you have since returned the jacket to the respective store, and that this matter was acceptably resolved.
