No letters but I'm being charged

Every month I am being charged R21,00 for a letter from Truworths for letters that I have not received. I have sent a number of emails to the email address on the statement and not even an acknowledgement that it is received. Yes my account is in arrears, but for them to charge for letters that I do not have is unacceptable.
