No jeans money

I bought a Jean with my bank card unfortunately ot didn't fit so when I request for an exchange they told me they need bank card and I gave them my card they reversed the funds to my account and they tell it will reflect 48 hours o wasn't there for a refund but an exchange left the shop without the money nor the Jeans I'm so ****ed
