No Investigation

I was disappointed by the Truworths respond that showed total disregard of the complains of there customers, because they always side with their employees even when they are wrong not following proper processes when dealing with individual customer account no consistency and the truworths customer complains do not bother to investigate the matter but they are quick to defend there employees and claim to be practising good customer service. They are very bias and unfairly making decisions that have a negative impact on the credit profile of the poor customers. And this time around i am going to take this matter up because clearly Truworth is failing me and there ignorance is unacceptable.
