no help

I have been struggling with Truworths for the last 4 months, I asked that they make a debit order at the end of each month for my installment, and every month the call me to ask when am I making payment and then I loose it and say but there is n debit order, then they cant give me an answer as to way the debit order didn't go off, so come feb and the same story, I went to the store and made cash payment on 3 March, yesterday 13 March all of a sudden the debited another installment for feb. I called head office the refund me and the answer was that I need to go to the store again so that they can refund me. why should I waste my time and money to drive 30kilos to the nearest store to me to correct the mistake. unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!
