No feedback...Poor Service
Poor customer service. I an still waiting for feedback on my account. I called head office from the Cresta branch I spoke to Yamkela call reference 12/02/2025 @ 12:54 who promised me he wil escalate my complaint and his supervisor Z. Ibrahim will send me a confirmation email. I haven't received feedback..poor service!!!

13 Feb 2025, 16:07I need confirmation in writing as advised by your agent yesterday that this is the last month February that I will be paying over R3000 and from next month he advised I will be paying R900 and something. Your service is poor because I requested him to send me an email which he didn't hence I logged a complaint.
I am waiting for the confirmation email because I was promised that January will be the last month when one of your agents phoned me in January you can even go back to your recordings I'm sure your calls are recorded. I need this in writing because I'm not going query the same problem next month. The agent I spoke to yesterday said I'll get the confirmation email from his supervisor Z.Imbrahim I'm still waiting.
