No Feedback of Bad Service after Submitting Querry
I have submitted a report about the dispicable treatment i recieved from the Manager of Truworths Kathu, Village mall last week, However it was not resloved as i did not even receieve feedback from the Quality Manager of the Company, this is un acceptable, I lodged a complinat about the patetic service i receieved from the stroe and my matter was not resolved. If i was a person of different colour then maybe i would have been contacted to discuss my Querry.<br> <br> I am not going to let this slide, i need to be contacted by the head of department,
