No feedback from Truworths management regarding the pathetic service from Truworths N1 City as promised

On the 20th of August 2022 I wrote a review on the pathetic service and humiliation that I got from Truworths N1 City , Cape Town. Which I got from the staff and management due to their incompetence when it comes to their work. They place wrong price tags and then at till point the play stupid as if they are blind and arrogant while at it. On the 22 August 2022 I got feedback from Truworths privately stating that they have escalated my concern to the relevant management to address and feedback will be given. On the 25 August 2022 I received another private response from Truworths stating that they can confirm that the relevant management has contacted me.

I was never contacted as I never spoke to any management team from Truworths whatsoever. Which I rep**** on the 27th August 2022 informing them that I never received any contact from Truworths management. If the manager to contact me was the same one that gave me bad service to a point of wanting my name stating that so that she can know who it is that is sending through the complaint. Which means if they got a complaint with my name on it will either be ignored and nothing will be done about it. She was very arrogants and covering up for her staff. Here below was my reply to them via the private chat. Well I never received any call and neither an email regarding any feedback whatsoever. I work and have meetings back to back so you can never tell me that an attempt was made to contact me. I am still awaiting reply and from the relevant management to contact me. You should then try harder I will be available to take calls during the week from 2pm until 3pm. I was the one humiliated by your staff and management. I will not let it go like that and expect me to be happy. I still have the picture of the item and tag thereof. So you will tell me who is blind and a fool between me and your staff and Management .Alternatively you give me the number that contacted me let me return the call and I shall do that without fail.
