No feedback from Legal department - not resolved
Every month I get a statement from Truworths.
On this statement it say that I am paid up and my account is in good state. In fact I am over R70 in credit for more than a year or two now. In other words, YOU owe me money.....

BUT, when I go to your shop (Hazyview branch), I am told that my card has been discontinued, but that I can buy with my ID. Then, when buying, the system would not allow me to buy even though I have over R700 to buy for according to the statement and your system.

Then after a phone call made by t I am told that I cannot buy because I am under debt review. I explained that the debt review was cancelled long time ago, but to no avail. I was told to bring proof that my debt review has been withdrawn. Then, when I asked to get my money that I am in credit, I was also refused. So other words I am refused to be given back my own money......

I have a letter from the NCR (National Credit Register) confirming that my debt review was withdrawn as of January 2015. This was sent to Truworths Legal Dept. but they did not reply, confirm, nor gave any feedback...
They just conveniently keep quiet. In the meantime I wonder I should I not be paid interest on my money?
