Kanti how long does it take for you to resolve a complaint?

I took it upon myself to call your customer services again and spoke to Malika, who then said that the previous agent recorded my cell number incorrectly so thats why you could'nt reach me. Its been over 2 weeks waiting for a response from you and Im sick and tired of being the one who follows up after you.

I will approach the Ombudsman should you not get back to me with everything I had initially complaint about and requested from you because I am sick and tired of always explaining the same thing to you over and over again as to what happened. Its not my fault you hired *********** and rude people.

I need clarity with my account as well because something doesn't add up
