Samantha was super rude.....why does she feel the need to speak loud infront of customers....I bought the dress then i fitted the dress at home, obviously i"m wearing roll-on and a little of it is on the the dress so now she's talking super loud accusing me of wearing the dress (yes i did wear the dress i must wear the dress how Will i know if dress is gonna fit me, if I don't put it on)and that she's not gonna help me....the tags is on the dress and i have the slip of the dress....so what is the problem....i asked her to speak to the manager at Century City Truworths she told me no why must i phone them you must go back to them yourself....i phoned customer services but nothing happened, customer service returned my call, my phone rang once so i picked up and they hung up....nobody phoned back after that....never was i so humiliated in a shop...and i paid hard cash for a dress of R899....can somebody please get back to me as the dress with the slip is with Samantha....this is what happens when you leave a child incharge they think they own the shop....coz when she spoke super loud her colleagues were laughing now you tell me how embarrassed i felt....

Your response is much appreciated, but as a paying customer i was not treated with the respect and professionalism Truworths pride yourself on. Being shout at in front of my daughter and other customers by your disrespectful store manager (Samantha at Zevenwacht) while the other store employees stood looking on with a smug look on there faces, really isn't something to be proud of. As far as the condition of the dress,I had to fit it before purchase and must have gotten roll-on residue. When I got home i tried it on again and wasn't happy with the straps slipping off. There were no food stains or any other marks or rips. Telling me now that you will not exchange the dress at all is unacceptable because on the day the cashier said as long as you have the slip and tag is on dress it should be fine but when I said I don't want anything else she said, I couldn't get my money back. So where do I stand on this matter?

I received a call from the Store Manager (Samantha) at Truworths Zevenwacht, instructing me to collect my dress, not even an apology for being disrespectful...
