No exchanes at Truworths

bought a two piece at truworths Heidelberg Friday then Saturday morning went to truworths Chris Hani crossing in Vosloorus to take it back for a bigger size, to my shock when i got there i was told i cannot exchange it as i bought it with a credit card of which i bought it with my cheque bank card, was told i have to purchase another one with cash as i will only receive refund after 3 working days, i did not want a refund i wanted to exchange for another size more suitable, i asked y dey cudnt do the exchange the lady insisted that i bought with a credit card even showed her the card that it was not a credit card, i missed going to my cousin"s wedding had to take 3 taxis going home back and fouth waisted money m really angry and bettr stil the money is not even in my account, asked y is that news exchange policy not written on the slip like any other rule regarding exchange, i am so upset that i didn't go to the wedding had nothing to wear cos Truworths didn't want to exchange my suit
