No Delivery
<p>I made an online purchase using my Truworths account on 18/10/2016 . The Purchase is a birthday Gift. COnsultant said it would take 3-5 days for delivery when I called this morning to find out about the progress as my status shows despatched from this morning already. I explained that I needed the delivery before the weekend and she escalated it to the delivery department and told me that they would be calling me back. I have received no return call and apparently the customer cannot call the delivery department directly and the response from the delivery department is 48hours?????? Really????? This is ridiculous.</p>

Whilst we acknowledge that delivery for our parcels ordinarily take place between the period advised, we believe that this matter could have been handled in a more appropriate manner. Your concerns were therefore raised with the relevant management.
We can verify that one of your parcels was delivered on Friday 21 October 2016 and arrangements have been made for your second parcel to be delivered today.
We sincerely apologize for your experience and for any inconvenience caused due to this late delivery.
