NO DELIVERY
Hi there, I made an online purchase on the 02 MARCH 2016 for Tall Gladiator Flats and till this day I haven't received the shoes. What's even more scary is that I just received my Truworths statement. How can I pay for something I haven't received??? <br> <br> Further more, I called to check the status of the shoes. The lady I spoke to said I will receive them in 2 days time, it has been more then a week now. <br> <br> Don't charge me for something I haven't received. <br> <br> Regards<br> Mandisa

We have investigated this matter and have established that your order was handled in accordance with our procedure for Fashion Delivery orders.
