No delivery

Got a sms stating my parcel is ready to collect from Truworths Zeerust (31/12/2019) went this morning (05/01/2020) to collect it,and guess what NO PARCEL AT ZEERUST. SO WHO STOLE MY PARCEL?? SORRY,BUT I'M NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE ELSE TOOK. Firstly you cancelled items on my order and now the parcel's missing.Not waiting any longer for it,correct my account,cause I'm not paying for it.
