No customer service at all!!!!!

My good Lord! Never In my life have I've been this upset!!! Upset is not evens the word to describe it!!! So my friend and I just "popped out of the house" for a quick second to go to the mall...so we get to thruworths N1 city and this lady by the name of "chaney (couldn't get the right spelling of her name coz her fellow colleagues didn't want to give it) so basically we looked a little scruffy..trackpants and oversized hoodies (i didn't know it was a crime to run around feeling comfy ")??? This lady shouts "POWER HOUR IN THE SALE SECTION" my word! Next thing I see everyone is around us?? Like I don't mind them watching out for ******* but the way she kept on calling it out so loud made me feel some type of way! I'm also in retail mind you ,never have we ever treated a customer like this.. so What??? You only give superior customer service to people who are dressed well?

That is not CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've just received at thruworths N1 city!
