No customer service

Customer Services refuse to help me remove my cell number *** which I've had for 15 years off a Mr Neil Venganacy account who is using it *******ly for hes personal use I have emailed them 4 times and I have phone them 9 times. I get 7 calls a day from truworths wanting money from this man who is using my cell number
