No customer service

Very very poor customer service at most of the stores I have visited, the staff are not willing to serve you or assist you in getting the items you need, today at Galleria mall in Durban the guy was literally refusing to help us to do phone purchases, my goodness I regret the day I signed up for their credit card, never seen a store of this nature
