No contact from truworths what so ever

I sent your company an email more than a week ago advising i am unable to pay my account due to my contract ending at work with all my documents . Nobody has called me or emailed me since , i could just not have paid my account but i am trying to make some sort of arrangement , can someone please call me on *** or at least email me on ***
