No Cash for refund ever
I bought a dress at Gezina Truworths with my debit card. I now wish to return it within the designated time period but it seems not Gezina or Brooklyn mall has R400 in their tills to refund me.
I have gone back to the store 3 times without success and I am getting really frustrated with the service and no care attitude.
Please assist me returning this dress so that I never ever have to deal with Truworths again!
