No CASH CUSTOMERS WANTED

have been enquiring about a specific top. Online Springs Heidelberg and Montecasino told me fourways has 2 tops in size 42

Today I drove 200km got to the store. I enquire at the paypoint and they confirmed they have 2 Then a lady working with sale items told me they dont have it or it damaged in the store room and she doesnt have the keys the person who does is off. Then she called the manager and the manager told me this person will go and look in the store room. The same store room which she did not have access to 10 min ago

Then she came back and told me they dont have the top and the system is slow to update

I am really dissappointed the staff is dishonest and rude. And I suspect they hide things from customers for themselves untill they have money

And because im a cash customer the top cant be moved to Heidelberg mall.
