No card in 4 months
<p>I opened a Truworths account 4 months ago and up until now they havent sent me my card. I have been to the Northgate store to follow up but the sales people also dont know what going on. So Truworths, please stop sendin me your smses on sales and all because I am not goin to buy anythin till I get my card. Funny thing is you can send invoices but not the card like ***</p>

Upon investigation we established that a replacement account card was issued to you on 22 October 2016. We are unable to establish why this card was not delivered via the postal service as we currently have the correct address listed and have not received returned mail for your account.
Following our telephonic conversation, arrangements were made to have your account charge card sent to your preferred address via courier service.
