No Card from Truworths its 20 weeks and still waiting.

I opened my account on 16 July 2021 today is 23 November 2021. I have called the call center twice requesting for my card. I keep getting told it takes 4 to 5 weeks for it to be delivered its now 20 weeks and this card is no where to be found. I dont understand how this is possible i opened an account with another retailer after Truworths and received my card in 7 working days. Its annoying standing at the till and the cashier has to be permanently asking for authorization. All i get from call center we will order you another card. When i ask to speak to supervisor or manager they never available. I threatened to go on to Hellopeter she was not even taken back you could hear her attitude its like go ahead. My account is up to date but the service is not.
